6/10/2026 - Star Hoppin Texas Class
We’ll be teaching the stunning quilt featured in the All Texas Shop Hop Magazine. You'll learn how to easily master dynamic "on point" blocks as we stitch together classic Texas scenes—from vintage yellow trucks to baskets of beautiful bluebonnets, all framed by sparkling red and blue fabrics.

Customizable: Make it bigger or smaller than the original pattern (both a smaller and bigger version fabric requirements will be shared)!

Skill Level: Perfect for everyone, whether you are a brand-new beginner or a seasoned pro.
Round up your sewing supplies and let's finish the shop hop in true Texas style!
Fabric Required:
- Bluebonnets Navy - 2 yards
- Paisley Brick - 2-½ yards
- Paisley Taupe - 4 yards
- Tiles - 2 panels (Can substitute for past years 5 ½ inch shop squares!)
Supplies:
Sewing machine in working order (you need to know how to thread your machine and fill a bobbin)
Basic quilting supplies
- Sewing Machine in good working order
- Thread
- Seam Ripper
- Scissors
- Cutting Mat 18"x24" minimum
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler min. 24" long
- Pins
NOTE: The classroom has irons and cutting table available for your convenience
Project Supplies:
Optional but helpful tools to bring to class:
- Small travel iron
- Wool pressing mat
The store will open at 9:30 am and class will begin promptly at 10 am. Please come early so that you have time to set up your sewing space!
Bring a brown bag lunch... we have a refrigerator and microwave for your usage.
