Block 17- Ninth Wonder by Jessica Rose of Quiltd Studios
The Ninth Wonder Block combines nine-patch units and setting pieces to create a structured yet balanced design. The crisp lines and repeating shapes reflect the thoughtful simplicity of a classic nine-patch, elevated with a modern feel.
Block 18- Sweet Pea by Heather Briggs of My Sew Quilty Life
The Sweet Pea Block comes together with a thoughtful mix of flying geese and pieced units, creating a balanced and delicate design. Its soft, structured lines evoke the gentle curves and symmetry of a sweet pea blossom.
Supplies:
The cost of the class WILL INCLUDE pattern, you provide the fabric.
Sewing machine in working order
Basic quilting supplies
- Sewing Machine in good working order
- Thread
- Seam Ripper
- Scissors
- Cutting Mat 18"x24" minimum
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler min. 24" long
- Pins
NOTE: The classroom will have irons available for pressing
Project Supplies:
- Fabrics from your stash, we are only making one of each block
- Small travel iron
- Wool pressing mat
The doors will open at 9:30 am and class will begin promptly at 10 am. Please come early so that you have time to set up your sewing space!
Bring a brown bag lunch... we have a refrigerator and microwave for your usage or we can order out.
