1/24/25 - Cube Bag Class
The Cube is a smaller version of the ever popular Tool Tote! The bag many people have been requesting! Pockets all the way around on the outside, pockets all the way around on the inside! Heavy duty formed metal stays that keep the bags mouth wide open, easy to get in and reach all your important contents. Cosmetics, medications, small projects are not the only things it's good for--there are many other uses for this versatile tote.
Supplies:
Sewing machine in working order
Basic quilting supplies
- Sewing Machine in good working order
- Thread
- Seam Ripper
- Scissors
- Cutting Mat 18"x24" minimum
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler min. 24" long
- Pins
NOTE: The classroom will have irons available for pressing
Project Supplies:
- Fabric A - Fat Quarter - Outer bag, outer pocket
- Fabric B - Fat Quarter - Inner bag, outer pocket
- Fabric C - Fat Quarter - (can be same as fabric A)
- PFF Bosal #326LF/426LF - Single Sided Light Fusable Batting 1/3 yard
- Foam Bosal - In R Form Single Sided Fusible Foam 1/3 yard
- Basal #337 craf-tex double sided fusible stabilizer 1/3 yard
- 24” separating zipper in a color that coordinates with fabric. This is quite prominent in the design
- Small travel iron
- Wool pressing mat
The doors will open at 9:30 am and class will begin promptly at 10 am. Please come early so that you have time to set up your sewing space!
Bring a brown bag lunch... we have a refrigerator and microwave for your usage or we can order out.
